Individual counseling

I provide individual counseling using a blend of techniques from the Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral, psychodynamic schools. I extensive experience working with mood disorders, stress, trauma, interpersonal conflicts and spiritual crisis.

Relationship counseling

Relationship counseling is conducted on a transtheoretical model. I work together with the clients to find a mutual understanding of the problem, and cooperatively develop and implement solutions. This work can address a crisis, or simply help couples and polycules to better communicate and grow stronger together.

Adolescent Counseling

I have thousands of hours of experience working with adolescents, age 14 and up. I particularly specialize in working with LGBTQ+ youth and have helped dozens of of people navigate the difficult challenge of understanding their gender and sexuality amidst the cultural complexity of the contemporary world. 

Pricing

The base price for my services is $120/hour, but I work on a sliding scale that can go as low as $60/hour for those with limited means. If you feel you may qualify reach out, I’m always happy to work with a new client to find something that works.
